尚未逐台核验：JetBrains IDE 内运行，宿主终端 shell 配置是否影响其命令执行待核验。
该 agent 暂无可用的配置脚本。
步骤
- 读 /agents/universal/ 的四机制决策流
- 把 IDE 内置终端的 shell 指到 niu.exe 后从该终端触发 Junie，跑验证命令看签名
- 有结论请到 github.com/unixwin/unixwin.dev 提 PR 回填
